Condition: Vintage; Envelope in good condition for age. 

Description: Appears Factory Folded. Assuming complete, but selling as-is since we do not unfold anything that looks to be factory folds. Printed sewing pattern. Featured in the Vogue Pattern Catalog, June 1965 and in Vogue Pattern Book June-July 1967.
