Interested in teaching? You're in the right spot if you are looking to apply to teach at MAD Fabrics + Studio! Let's share our love of sewing!

Overview:
The art of sewing comes in many different forms. From garment making, to crafting, to quilting, and everything in between, there is SO MUCH potential for what we can learn! Here at the Studio, we don't know everything there is about sewing, but our goal is to connect individuals with sewing educators who can widen our skillset and teach us new skills! If you have a sewing skillset or project you would love to teach others, you are in the right spot!

General topics the Studio is looking for on a regular basis:
* All levels of quilting
* Garment pattern fitting and adjustments
* Embroidery (by hand or machine)
* Alterations
* Any and all kinds of projects
* Using Sergers

-> We welcome any topics, however, so don't let the list above make you feel limited!

Instructor Requirements:
Instructors are required to abide by the mission and values of the Studio which are:

Mission Statement – To foster a creative, welcome community for sewists of all backgrounds and skills, allowing them to craft uniquely inspired pieces through product offerings, classes, and individualized lessons.

Values – Inclusion, kindness, honesty, ethical practices, and equitable treatment of all students and staff.

There is no requirement to have taught a sewing class before, but if you need assistance with planning, the Studio is happy to help!
