Shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Returns
Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Item must be unused and still have original packaging. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item (such as sewing patterns). Additional items that are final sale and not eligible for returns will be noted in the product description. Cut yardage is not eligible for return unless there is a defect in the fabric such as holes, stains, etc that was not otherwise mentioned in the product listing. Returns for incorrect color or yardage purchase are not allowed. If you'd like a swatch before purchasing, please reach out!
For online returns, customers must contact us for a return label. A $5 return fee will be deducted from refund amount. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Online Refunds:
Refunds will be sent back to the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving a return. Please allow time for the refund to show up in your bank account. Feel free to reach out if there are any questions or issues!
In-Store Refunds:
Refunds related to returned inventory will be remit to the original purchase method.
The studio does not refund card payments related to class purchases. Refunds will be given as class credit for cancellations as outlined in the Cancellation portion of the Class Policy. No refunds are given for missed classes. In addition, if an attendee has been barred from the studio for breaking the code of conduct, but enrolls in other classes, those classes will NOT be refunded. The reason we are unable to provide card refunds for class purchases is because the credit card processing fees cause our small business to lose money and we are already operating on tight margins to keep prices low. We want to stay in business to serve our community and appreciate the understanding of this policy!
