Heavyweight Weft Fusible Interfacing

Heavyweight Weft Fusible Interfacing is a soft, non stretchy, medium thick fabric that can easily be fused to most textiles for added support and stability. Knit from a 65% Viscose and 35% Polyester fiber blend, this fusible interfacing features a heat activated polyamide, dot glue backing, and is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, meaning that this material contains no harmful substances or irritants. Heavyweight Weft Fusible Interfacing differs from other interfacing because it contains threads woven in between the knit stitching, which makes this material not stretch. 

To apply this interfacing, place the dotted side of the material onto the back side of any fabric. Cover the non dotted side of Heavyweight Weft Fusible Interfacing with a damp cloth and apply heat from a clothes iron. The heat and steam will fuse the interfacing to the fabric. Heavyweight Weft Fusible Interfacing can be added to apparel like baby garments, dresses, jackets, or décor items such as curtains and table covers to make them thicker, stiffer, and to add a soft backing.
